External Painting

External Repairs & Building Works
We can carry out a wide range of external works and building works. If your building needs re-pointing, we can assist you with this and also help identify such things a brickwork movement and wall tie failure. If your property is suffering from persistent water ingress, it maybe that a cavity tray will need to be fitted. In these instances we can open up the cavity, clear out any debris and install the correct tray. (Type E Yeovil). We also specialise in older properties and have years of experience dealing with listed buildings and handling heritage materials.
Things to Consider
Replacing an old defective VELUX window is often more cost effective than persisting with patch repairs. We can arrange and fit VELUX windows or any other replacement window in UPVC
Cavity Tray installation. These need to be installed correctly. If a standard TYPE E Yeovil tray cannot be used because of the reduced size of a cavity, we can manufacture a bespoke lead tray to suit your building.
From time to time, it is found that some cavities have been poorly insulated with either, fibre, foam or synthetic products. This can cause severe damp problems and result in moisture retention within a building. Black mould growth within a living space can result in chronic health issues. We can remove poorly fitted insulation, improve the ventilation to your property. We can even redecorate the internal parts of your building with high quality products to eliminate the problem all together.
