Detailed Roof Surveys
We can carry out a comprehensive survey of the condition of your roof. This may involve taking photographs of your roof or arranging to access it via a mobile elevating work platform (MEWP) On occasion it may be necessary to use drone equipment for difficult to reach areas. However, when we carry these out, our aim would be to share the findings in a useful, plain English report.
External Property Inspections & Home Surveys
In addition to roof surveys, we can carry out a condition report on the external parts of your home or property. We help you decide upon urgent repairs or areas that require a planned maintenance approach. If you require a home survey for pre-acquisition purposes, we recommend using an RICS regulated company. We work with qualified professionals and can arrange these if required.
