Who We Are
We are an independent family run business with over 35 years experience in maintaining properties, especially roofs. We are dedicated to providing a plain English approach to our clients when it comes to advising them about their properties. We have access to a treasure trove of contractors who can deal with any aspect of repairing, maintaining or replacing a roof. We are also able to offer a wide range of other services to keep the external parts of your property in first class condition.
Our Promise
We promise not to advise you on unnecessary works, but focus on essential repairs. In the case of roof repairs, if we carry them out, we will only bill when the client is fully satisfied or the issue is resolved. We also guarantee all new works in addition to any manufacturers warranty supplied. Our aim is to involve the client in the work process and deliver trust and confidence.

The first and most important part of our process is to listen to our clients. No two requirements are the same, and our aim is to determine how best to deal with each client individually and then evaluate the best way forward.

Respond
We will respond to every enquiry promptly and endeavour to furnish our clients with a deliverable and realistic lead time for the completion of works. We will be clear in the services we can offer you.

Advise
Providing the correct advice is a great responsibility and is ethically culpable. We and many of our partners are accredited with professional bodies such as the RICS and other trade organisations. Therefore it is essential that we build trust and confidence with our clients by being clear and truthful at all times.

Deliver
Once works are agreed, we aim to deliver in our advised timeline. No one wants works to protract for long periods of time. There is nothing more frustrating than an empty or idle scaffold. In short we will get on with the job.

Involve
We believe that clients should be involved as much or a little as they want to be. Therefore, we welcome client input as valuable rather than an annoyance. We aim to share clear images of inaccessible parts of your building, to demonstrate transparency and build trust in our process.

Maintain
After the Job is completed, we want to maintain a long standing relationship with our clients. We would love to be involved in the ongoing maintenance and aftercare of your property. We want to build good relationships and for you to recommend us to your friends, family and colleagues.
